At Rowdie, we stand by the charm of our cards—but if something goes sideways, we’re here to make it right (with minimal whining and zero guilt trips).
💌 Damaged or Defective Cards?
We hand-pack every order with love (and probably a snack break), but if your card arrives looking like it lost a bar fight with the postal service, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Snap a pic of the damage and email us at customerservice@rowdie.shop—we’ll replace it or refund you, no fuss.
🔁 Change of Heart?
Since our cards are like love letters (but sassier), we don’t accept returns for change of mind. But hey, gift it to someone else and pretend you planned it all along—we won’t tell.
📬 Wrong Item?
If we goofed and sent you the wrong card, that’s on us. Shoot us a message and we’ll fix it faster than you can say “autocorrect fail.”
🕒 Processing Time
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📦 No Returns Necessary
Unless we specifically ask for it, you don’t need to send the card back to us—what would we do with a sad, rejected card anyway?
